Horn packaging protects your products and ensures that they will arrive in perfect condition. To maximize protective cushioning at minimum cost, our Design Engineering group works with a multitude of polyethylene, polyurethane and polystyrene materials—including expanded foam in place and molded and fabricated foams in a wide range of colors, densities and anti-static qualities.

Our capabilities include high speed die cutting on one of the fastest die cutters in the region, convoluted (egg crate) foam fabrication, intricate gluing, and combination packs of foam, corrugated and non-particulating plastic corrugated. We fabricate, heat weld, die cut and assemble custom foams to encapsulate your products so they will survive all the rigors of domestic or international transport.
